vToms passenger will always be free to use for the passenger. vToms will never take charge for a hire, that is left exclusively between the passenger and the driver. vToms passenger provides a service where a passenger in need of a car, can acquire one throgh the app with the knowlegde that cross checks have been made with the local licensing authority to validad vToms Drivers, only authoried taxi or private hire drivers can take advantage of the vToms network.
